Hi all! This short hiatus has given me the opportunity to formulate a small strategic plan. As soon as I can catch Johan on the phone I'll discuss this with him. So what is it? Hm, can't tell you, it'll spoil the suspense hehe. I've been told I look much happier these days, and that is 100% correct. Will this mean that I will start writing happy tunes? No frigging way! Melancholy, drama, and tears lost in the rain are my favourite subjects. Until next time: release your inner freak;-)

I heard some of Bleak house over the phone, and thought its hard to tell I think I will like it. There are some painters messing in my apartment and later I will have to lodge some aquaintances of my parents for a few days. This means that there will be no recording until next week. Soon enough there will be two new rivermen songs though. Also toying with the idea of putting vocals on "codeine". Maybe it could work if I mix it "punk rock style" with a lot of distorsion. Two of the most promising songs right now is "Wild wild waves" and "Faith". Waiting anxiously for CD to arrive by the snail-mail......

Johan: Guess what: Bleak House is finished! Oh yes, at last! It has been burned on CD and is on its way to Mr. A for approval. I listened to it a lot of times in different stereos; it may be that you need to take the kick drum and the vocal harmony down a tad if you want to be picky, but I want to hear Mr. A's opinion first...
